Allowing the Flow Bulletin
We all need time on our own. Even if we are social butterflies we need some time to ourselves. Solitude is usually necessary for meditation and quiet reflective time

We also may choose to isolate ourselves when we are busy and have to meet an important deadline. That makes sense.

We may relish time alone when we want to give ourselves over to artistic _expression or music, or to get lost in a good book, or get absorbed in a personal project. There is a sublte difference between solitude and isolation.

Having time to ourselves allows us to focus completely on our yoga practice or get into the zone while running or strength training.

Sometimes we need to moodle, to simply do nothing but enjoy the sound of silence. Our alone time revitalizes and replenishes.

Too much isolation, especially when our intention is to hide, withdraw, or not deal with the realities of our lives is not physically, mentally, or spiritually good for our ultimate well-being
Isolation can take us away from our lives, rather than enhancing it.

Too much isolation can create a buffer where we don't have to deal with our problems. Sometimes, pushing ourselves to deal with our issues and be in our lives, rather than isolated, is one of the best gifts we can give to ourselves, even if it may not seem like it at the time.

Just as it is important for us to have our "alone" time, we need to remember that as human beings, we are social creatures that thrive on contact. Our lives cannot occur in a vacuum, and we cannot fully live in this world without interacting with others.

Consider using isolation as time spent for rest, reinvigoration, and personal growth. Isolation can then be seen as a nourishing period of solitude that not only empowers you, but it can allows you to return to your work and your relationships restored and ready for life. One of the positive results of time spent in solitude is the deepening of understanding of our purpose
Most living creatures belong to a particular soul group and are born knowing their purpose in life.
An animal will spend its day looking for food, taking care of itself and its young, and creating a home.
No one tells an animal to do this as it instinctively knows how
Humans, are not born consciously knowing what their purpose is. Purpose gives life meaning.
When you uncover your purpose, you can live your life with intention and make choices that serve your objective for why you are here on the planet.
Finding your purpose is not always a piece of cake is it?
.You must embrace life wholeheartedly, explore many different pathways, and allow yourself to grow.
Your purpose is as unique as you and unfolds and evolves as you move through life.
You don't need anyone's permission to fulfil your purpose, and no one can tell you what that purpose is, though others can support you in the discovery.

Finding and fulfilling your purpose can be a lifelong endeavour. One way to figure out what your purpose is could be to ask yourself what drives you - not what forces you out of bed in the morning, but what makes you glad to be alive. What makes YOU tick?
Make a list of activities that you wish you were involved in or think about a career path that you would love to embark upon
These are the clues that can help you fulfil your purpose and bring you the most satisfaction.
Picture yourself working on projects that don't interest you or fulfil your purpose, yet they help satisfy your basic survival needs.
Imagine how living this way each day would make you feel.
Next, picture yourself devoting your time to projects that spark your imagination, inspire, excite, and satisfy you. More often than not, these activities are some of the ways that you can fulfil your life purpose. Time spent on these endeavours will never feel like a waste. Live your life with purpose, and you will feel significant and capable because every action you take and each choice you make will have meaning.
Purpose is not always about doing, sometimes our purpose can be more about being. What we radiate is important, who we are is important. Remember too that ‘being is enough’. We can be a catalyst for others by just being who we are.

An affirmation I came across recently will be of great benefit

'I am now willing for the Divine Plan of my life to manifest'

Removing Conditioned Responses

ALLOWING THE FLOW OF WELL BEING

'Conditioned Response
Reactions To Life Events'

Our experiences in the past can all too often colour everything.

The events of our past can have an unwelcome deep effect on how we see our lives in the present and what we choose to believe about our world.

Our past experiences can influence our emotional reactions and responses to what is showing up in life

Each of us reacts to stimulus based on what we have learned in life. There is no right or wrong to it; it is simply the result of past experience.

When our strong feelings have passed, we may be perplexed at our reactions. Yet when we face a similar situation, again our reactions may be the same.

When we understand those experiences, we can come that much closer to understanding our reactions and consciously change them. Between the stimulus and the reaction there is a fleeting moment of thought. Often, that thought is based on something that has happened to you in the past.

When presented with a similar situation later on, your natural impulse is to unconsciously regard it in a similar light. For example, if you survived a shocking car accident as a child, the first thing you might feel upon witnessing even a minor collision between vehicles may be intense panic.

You can, however, reduce the intensity of your reactions by identifying the fleetingthought that triggers your reaction. Then, next time, replace that thought with a more positive one.

The process you can learn about with me, which I call Clearing all the Ways is a simple and easy to apply technique that you can use immediately in every day life to clear old patterns in the moment, so you can stop re-playing these old movies

Modifying your reaction by modifying your thoughts is difficult, but do remember that this process speeds things up enormously It can help you to see and experience formerly unpleasant situations in a whole new light. It allows you to stop reacting unconsciously.

Learning the reason for your reactions may also help you put aside a negative reaction long enough to respond in more positive and empowered ways but having the clearing all the ways technique leads to you allowing more and more flow of well being

Your reactions and responses then become about what's happening in the present moment rather than about the past. As time passes, your negative thoughts lose strength, leaving only your positive thoughts to inform your healthy reactions.

Becoming a Source of Light

Becoming a Source of Light

Meditation by Orin and DaBen

I take a few deep breaths in.
As I breathe in I imagine I am breathing in light
.I feel the gentle touch of light moving through me riding on my breath.Light flows into every part of my body.
There is a perfect circulation of light within and through me.
As I breathe out I send light out to the world.

The light around me is growing.
I call my soul to me simply by having the intention to do so.
I imagine its magnificent presence surrounding me with its beautiful light.

I feel my soul's power and love.
I draw in my soul's light. It comes into every part of my being.

I am becoming radiant with my soul's light.

I transmit my soul's light to the world as it pours through me.

I call light to myself from the higher dimensions.

I think of all the high beings of light who are broadcasting light to humanity.

I open to receive all the light the Enlightened Ones are sending.

As I receive their light I affirm that I will use it for my spiritual growth and for the good of all humanity.

I draw in Solar Light the soul of the sun-- the light of beauty and oneness

. I fill myself with Solar Light.

With each breath in I draw in Solar Light and circulate it throughout my aura, my cells, and my body.

With each breath out I send Solar Light out to the world.

I am becoming a radiant source of light.

I think of the light of the stars, I imagine the light of the Pole Star, the star of direction and purpose, flowing into me.

As I fill up with this light, I now radiate this light of direction and purpose to others.I sense more and more light radiating from me.

As I draw in light, I become a radiating source of light.

I now stay connected to the light. I automatically draw in light with every breath in.I think of the souls of all those who are one step behind me. I radiate light to them.I think of my loved ones.

As I think of them I fill myself with light.

I transmit the light of my soul, the light of the Enlightened Ones, the Solar Light, and the light of the Pole Star to them simply by thinking of them as I call light to myself.I am radiant.

I am a source of light.

I am becoming a light that lights the way for others

Putting on a Happy Face

How often do you put on a happy face, when deep inside you really feel angry, hurt, upset, fearful, or shy.
Would you like to meet that part of you and find out how it is trying to protect and help you?

Begin by speaking the Soul Mantra if you use it
Use your breath to bring yourself to a sense of centre
Imagine yourself in a lovely meadow on a spring day

Just ahead of you is a cottage and you are aware that there are people inside
Invite the part of you that puts on a happy face while hurting inside, to come and join you
Notice who/what comes out to join you
Welcome it and ask it how it is trying to help you.
Imagine it blending with you
Spend a moment imagining what life would be like if that was all that you were
Then take a little time imagining what life would be like if it wasnt there at all
Then disidentify from it so you are separate again.

You see a mountain on the other side of the meadow
Invite this part to accompany you up the mountain
At the top a being of light a Master or an angel calls the part over and surrounds it in transformatioanl light
Observe what is happening
Notice how this part of yourself is changing
After a while ask for this part to turn into a symbol
Take this symbol into your heart

Be silent for a moment, then return back down the mountain to the meadow
How do you feel?
Make some notes

Ascension Paradigm

I am very interested in the Ascension Paradigm , so much so that I have been holding an Ascension Study Group for 5 years. Today I held my 1st Introduction to Ascension teleclass and intend to run more beginning on September 28th at 7pm GMT/1pm PT.

There is more info on
http://www.freewebs.com/teleclasses.

One of the processes included is exploring the energy of the higher chakras. Most people interested in spiritual growth are aware of the importance of chakras 1-7.
I like to introduce my groups to the 4th and 5th dimensional chakras

Higher Chakras and their Associations

8. Emerald-Green and Purple. This is the energy to call on for a deep cleansing

9 Blue-green. This is associated with joy.

10 Pearlescent. This balances the inner male and female aspects

11 Pink-orange. This energy brings in the energies of the New Age

12 Luminous gold. This is the energy of Christ Consciousness

13 Violet-Pink.This chakra has a connection with materializing things

14 Violet-Blue. This is connected with unlimitedness

15 Gold-White This chakra is concerend with your Monadic Connection

16 Violet-White. The 16th chakra is associated with ascension and becoming Universal Being

DNA by the Sea

I enjoyed my short visit to Shoreham-by-sea. The venue was the Healing Light Centre on East St. Do call in if you are in West Sussex. They have a variety of healers and several workshops over the next weeks and months.
I would love to live in one of the newly built properties overlooking the ocean, and wonder how the Universal Manager might bring that into being. One of the participants thought I might be visiting Shoreham again. I hope she is right. In the meantime I think i will ensure I go off on a few adventures around the South East this summer

Olympics and 2012

I am delighted London is hosting the 2012 Olympic Games. It will be fascinating to watch the Phoenix in action in east London. David Beckham was at his most charming on the day of the announcement. The whole Olympic bid caught my attention and I regularly transmitted Divine Will to the process and will continue to do so for the next 7 years. According to Alice Bailey, London is one of the points of entry for extra planetary energy as is new York, one of the other contenders.
As Mayan prophecy tells us 2012 promises great shifts in the collective consciousness. The games will generate a huge amount of energy in London, which will be dispersed for the higher good. Cant wait. Here's a quote to celebrate the first ray qualities of focus and persistence of the athletes

Our bodies are the instruments through which we experience life on this sweet Earth and manifest Spirit into matter. Being fully alive in our bodies is to awaken the Divine on Earth."

Animal Telepathy

Borth Animalarium is a great place to visit when you are in Wales. I had an enjoyable Sunday afternoon there which included seeing 2 kookaburras. Their laughter was contagious and before I left I went to see them again and asked them to laugh. They didnt do so out loud, but did laugh telepathically for me. I can hear them again as I type.
Whilst there I also sent some reiki to a raccoon who was exhibiting typical zoo syndrome behaviour..pacing up and down constantly against the wire. No need to reach for your pen and paper to write outraged letters though. This raccoon was rescued after being abandoned in nearby woods, so his welfare is being looked after.

Camden Green Fair

The Green Fair is planned for June and for the first time I will actually have a table. In previous years it seemed to coincide with classes I was teaching. Had a most enjoyable afternoon at the mind body spirit event in Queens Park library. The feeling of comunity was strong, and the yoga demonstrations were full of poise and balance.Plenty of visitors stopped at my table to sample some reiki, and the Wild Earth Animal Essences proved to be quite a talking point. The library has quite a creative programme, with open afternoons covering poetry, geneology as well as Mind Body Spirit events
