Spiritual Mind Treatment

Infinite power is always where I am, ready to support my every idea.
Unending possibilities come with that power, for it supports my
ideas by taking their form in the world.
To change any form, all I need is a new idea.
As this infinite power Source is also the source of all creativity
and inspiration, new ideas are easy for me to embrace.
Anything that’s not working in my life, I offer up to the intelligence
and ingenuity of the One.

Amazing ideas flow through my mind, and I select the
best of them to entertain, embrace, and believe.

This power does the rest – automatically, impersonally, and perfectly. Spirit has given me the ultimate gift – the ability to choose
whatever I can imagine.
I imagine wonderful things, and live a wonderful life. And so it is

Change the 'what' to increase the 'wattage' of how you think

The words we say to ourselves, and those said to us by others when we were young and at our most impressionable form and shape the person we are, and how we interact with our world.

We can change the 'what' we think to increase the 'wattage' of what and how we think

Why Do Words Have Such Power?

Buddha said “Everything we are arises with our thoughts.” And we know our thoughts are behind our words and our behaviour.

The good news is, once we are past your teen years, we are responsible for our thoughts, our words and the way we act.

It really is in within us make the change in how we think, what we actually choose to say and how we behave day to day, week to week, month to month, year to year . Knowing this simple truth gives us a tremendous power that comes from inside us.

How many times have you heard yourself behaving like a child?

Throwing a tantrum or giving a loved one ‘the silent treatment?’

These negative thoughts, feelings and behaviours are the manifestation of thoughts and situations we have grown up with and happen without consideration of cause and effect.

Is it time to consider cause and effect?.

What we think and say becomes who we are

Is it time to change, time to own our thoughts, our words and thus own our life.

Time to become the author of our own story. Making our words count to make our life full and more joyful

The primary thing is to learn to recognize those thoughts.

They come into our mind without our doing anything at all,

Unless we are a Buddha we don’t have direct control over what thoughts pop into our mind , but we always have complete control over what thoughts we consciously insert into our stream of thoughts.

That is why the principle “as you think, so you are” has such impact.

We need to make the decision of which thoughts and spoken phrases we want to halt and dissolve, and what we want to replace them with.

For example, if we’re a person who automatically negates a compliment, recognize that, and come up with a new phrase to say when we are complimented.

At first we may feel discomfort, and may even believe it won’t work.

But like all habits, both good and bad, they’ve become habits because of repetition.

Our new thoughts and phrases will become second nature, and our ability to write a new script for our life will give us a more enjoyable life.

Give it a go

They say it takes 21 days to change a habit, but to make sure your subconscious mind ‘gets it’, make a commitment to yourself for a 30 day try out with this thought changing idea.

When the goal is as important as changing your life, that commitment is an awesome and exciting promise to yourself.

What Will You Choose to Help You Move Forward?

Choose one of your more debilitating negative or limiting thoughts and behaviours. It could be not finding the time to work out or eat healthily, or how everyone is an idiot driving on the highway, or how your boss annoys you

Choose one today

Then say this limiting belief to yourself in one sentence.
Write it down; then say it quietly in your mind a few times, noticing how it feels

Then choose a positive, empowering thought about the same issue.

For example, if you’ve been saying “Everyone’s an idiot on the road,” make up a sentence like “Everyone drives according to their own standard and I am responsible for my own safe driving.”

or “I’m learning to relax on my drive to work.”

The sentence you use is up to you, just ensure it has a positive quality.

The next step is to quietly in your mind repeat your negative, limiting thought several times.

Then, just as quietly, replace it with your positive, empowering one.

Repeat the new thought over and over, letting it become more and more subtle and effortless.

Going forward over the 30 days, do your best to spot as many negative or limiting thoughts and behaviours as you can.

As you identify them, use your new technique and introduce the new phrase and behaviour into your thought flow.
Just drop in this empowering way of thinking and behaviour effortlessly, as if it’s always been there.

You’ll notice at the end of the 30 days your life will have improved .

Your new thoughts and behaviours will be beneficially impacting every interaction you have.

You’ll find that you are living the life you were meant to live.

All because you’ve learned to speak and think your way to success
